Scope

Free training sessions for registered Beach Sprint athletes at the European Championships.

Eligibility

Only officially registered athletes for this event may book. ID/accreditation may be checked.

Reservation Code & Access

• Each country is assigned a unique 6-digit reservation code, delivered at accreditation.

• Slot selection unlocks only when the reservation code + country code match; otherwise time slots remain closed.

Safety & Operations

• Max 5 boats on the course at the same time.

• Time-trial flow with approx. 2–3 min between starts.

• Crews must follow safety instructions and staff guidance.

CM1X – CW1X – CJM1X – CJW1X – Country-Based Quota

• Per country per day: 1 reservation for U19 1x, 1 reservation for Senior 1x.

• U19 pairing: The same country’s JM1x + JW1x share one 30-minute slot and alternate in the same boat. If only one exists, that athlete uses the full 30 minutes.

• Senior pairing: The same country’s M1x + W1x share one 30-minute slot and alternate in the same boat. If only one exists, that athlete uses the full 30 minutes.

  CMix2x – CJMix2X – Crew-Based Quota

  • Scope: Applies to JMix2x and Mix2x crews. The quota is crew-based (not athlete-based).

  • Daily entitlement: Each registered 2x crew is entitled to one 30-minute training slot per day. If a country has multiple crews, each uses its own 30 minutes separately.

  • Boat allocation: JMix2x → 1 × Kanghua C2x, Mix2x → 1 × Filippi C2x. Boats are only available for their respective categories.

  • Capacity & visibility: The on-water max 5 boats safety limit applies; 2x boat capacity = max 2 at any time. When a slot is full, it is automatically hidden.

  • Operations: Starts follow a time-trial flow. Delay: if a crew is not present within 10 minutes after start time, the boat may be reassigned.

  • Transfer & extra bookings: Rights are non-transferable (to other crews/countries). For fairness, additional/repeat bookings open only if spare capacity remains.

Calendar & Slots

• Training starts: 07 Oct 2025

• Bookings open: From the moment you receive your accreditation card (using the 6-digit code printed on the card)

• Window:

  Slots open at least 24h in advance and close 2h before the session.

• Duration: 30 minutes per registered boat per day.

  • Doubles (2x): Each crew has 30 minutes per day.

• Capacity: Limited to the fleet provided by our suppliers. When a slot is full it auto-hides.

Boat Allocation

• M1x, W1x, JM1x, JW1x: 3 × Swift C1x

• Mix2x: 1 × Filippi C2x

• JMix2x: 1 × Kanghua C2x

Boats are available only for their respective categories.

How to Book

1. Choose your tab: All 1X (Swift), JMix2x – Kanghua, Mix2x – Filippi

2. Fill in: Team/Country, race category, athlete name, coach name

3. Select an available 30-min slot and submit

4. Your booking may appear on the public Calendar within 10 minutes

   • If you don’t see it, refresh; if still not visible, see the Information Desk

Cancellation, Delays & No-Show

• Online cancellations/modifications are not available. If you cannot attend, inform the Information Desk at least 2 hours before your slot.

• Delay: If you are not present within 10 minutes after the start time, the boat may be reassigned.

• No-show: Same-day no-shows may affect your further booking priority.

Additional Terms

• Eliminated crews lose training rights.

• Rights are non-transferable (not to other crews/countries).

• Safety/weather: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to conditions.

• Equipment: Damage procedures apply per the organizer’s policy.

• Privacy: Data is used only for booking and accreditation purposes.
