The entry deadline for the 2025 European Rowing Club and Coastal Championships is:

Monday, 8 September 2025, 23:59 CEST

Entry fee: 50 EUR* per seat (excluding coxes)
Entries must be made by clubs.

The entry fee will be used for a contribution towards the operational costs of race organisation (e.g. safety cover, timing and results service, medals, volunteer insurance, boat stickers and race course infrastructure).

A maximum of 5 club crews may be entered per Member Federation, per club event for the European Rowing Coastal Championships. If there are more than 5 crews per Member Federation wishing to compete, the crew should email registration@worldrowing.com.

The European Rowing Board and the Organising Committee invite club crews from non-European Rowing member federations to participate. Clubs from non-European Rowing member federations wishing to enter the European Rowing Club Coastal Championships should email registration@worldrowing.com to make their entry with the following information:
Member Federation Club Name Names of each rower Boat Class to enter These entries will be added to the waiting list. The crew will be informed if the entries are accepted following the entry deadline on Monday, 8 September 2025.
